Hello, I'm Caleen.

I am a Transformation Coach for Women, certified in RYT200 Yoga and Mindfulness-Based Stressed Reduction (MBSR) after experiencing the transformation that yoga practice and mindfulness has brought into my life.

When I first became a mother in 2019, I discovered the amazing benefits of prenatal yoga and guided meditation during pregnancy. It was also then that I discovered my passion for teaching. Hence, I created Yoga for Mums, an organization with the purpose and aim of uplifting women through learning, sharing and growing together in a supportive community.

Since then, we have positively impacted the lives of over 400 women through our yoga programs, mindfulness workshops and retreats. I look forward to welcoming you into our beautiful community and can't wait to connect with you !

Dr Rachel Ooi Wei Lyn completed her undergraduate degree in Medicine from Monash University 2012. Following that, she served as a doctor in Ministry of Health for 7 years, during which she obtained qualifications as a Ministry of Health certified lactation counselor. Upon leaving the Ministry of Health, she achieved certification as an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) and Diploma in Child Health (DCH) from the Royal College of Physicians of Ireland. She currently practices at Klinik Kanak Kanak Ooi, Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.

Dina is a mom of 2 with passion and dedication in helping women with different types of health issues, and also to enhance their sports performance through analytical assessment and program specifically designed for their individual needs and goals. She is certified as a registered physiotherapist, with postgraduate certification in Women’s Health, Pelvic Floor, Clinical and Performance Pilates, Sports Analysis, Rehabilitation and performance enhancement. Dina has bridged and applied both Pilates and traditional physiotherapy approach to develop more holistic and proven results in treating pelvic girdle pain, pelvic dysfunction, diastasis recti abdominals, and different pelvic floor issues.
